Step 1

Consultation

We offer either in person or virtual consultations, focused on understanding your needs and desires. We’ll have a conversation about your vision and create a plan to help you achieve your goals. We together will discuss & identify the functionality of the area & any supplies you may need

We offer in person or video call consultations to accommodate your schedule.

Step 2

Declutter

Together we work through your belongings, organizing into 3 categories:

KEEP – DONATE – DISGARD

All donations will be dropped off at the said donation sites, or we will arrange for them to be collected from your home.

I am here to support & advise, I will not pressure you into discarding your precious belongings.

Step 3

Organizing

This is when the fun begins. Now that we have sorted & cleared the designated area, we can start to organize your space to reflect your style needs & wants.

This may involve moving furniture, adding shelving, storage baskets, etc. H.O.H Storefront can assist with any additional merchandise/supplies.

Step 4

Conclusion

We finalize each project with H.O.H additional touches. For example, we may suggest adding a vase of flowers, new artwork, change of bedsheets, etc.

Naturally we’ll celebrate & cheers with a glass of Champagne to celebrate your new & improved serenity.

I have several years experience helping clients across Toronto transform their homes. I’ve worked with a variety of spaces—from small condos to large family homes—limited space and high-rise living.

I use a combination of proven systems as well as customized solutions based on your lifestyle and preferences. I always start with a consultation so I can assess & understand your goals, then create a personalized plan that fits your space, budget, and lifestyle.

How long does a typical organizing project take, and what is the estimated cost?

The duration varies depending on the size and complexity of the project—small closets may take a few hours, while larger spaces could take a day or two. My rates vary depending on the scope of work. Hourly rates starting at $65/hr & package pricing is available for larger projects.

Do you offer virtual organizing services, or do you work exclusively in person?

I offer both in-person and virtual organizing sessions. Virtual consultations are a great option if you’re comfortable with guiding remotely or need advice on specific areas. In-person sessions are ideal for hands-on work and physical organization. I recommend in-person to all my clients as this allows less room for error and I am able to get a clearer understanding of my clients needs, wants & lifestyle.

How do you handle sensitive or personal items during the organizing process?

I prioritize with respect and discretion. I always ask for your guidance when handling personal items and ensure that everything is treated with the upmost care. I want my clients to feel they are in goods hand & to deliver a boutique experience.
